Terms & Conditions: By purchasing a ticket at LOK & KEE PTY LTD (online over the phone, at any other authorised sales channel), you agree to these Ticketing Terms and Conditions.

• All patrons entering the venue must be 18 years or older, valid photo ID is required the three types of Identification that are accepted are a valid passport, valid driver licence or state specific proof of age card.
• Tickets are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable except where the organiser has cancelled the event, due to unforeseen circumstances. Some allowances for refunds/ exchanges in certain circumstances may be considered and some will not. If a refund is made, Lok and Kee PTY LTD may retain any service/ handling or like fee not exceeding 10% total of the tickets value.
• If you arrive late, you may not be admitted until a suitable break in the show.
• The venues Management reserves the right to deny admission to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others with disruptive/ aggressive behaviour.
• The right is reserved to vary advertised programs and prices. Seating arrangements are done on the day of the performance. Requested seating is not guaranteed.
• NO FLASH photography or Video recording equipment may be used during any part of the performance.
• GST is included on all ticket prices.
• The venue is a Fully Licensed Bar – NO BYO – Drinks are permitted on premiss.
• Seating requests are not guaranteed, if you have a specific seating requirement, please inform us and we will try our best to accommodate. Please advise venue upon or prior to booking if seating is required for wheelchair access, so our staff can try our best to allocate seating more suited to your needs, to help you enjoy your experience.
• Video and photographic footage may be collected by staff and or qualified personnel. This remains the property of The Paramour Cabaret Theatre.
• Lok & Kee PTY LTD reserves the right to change, remove, add, or extend any of their products or offerings without notice. Lok & Kee PTY LTD will honour all paid for bookings but reserves the right not to pass on any discounted offers that may one day be applied to its offering. Should the customer wish to change their bookings all new prices may be applied to that booking by Lok & Kee Pty Ltd.
• Entry may be refused if tickets are not purchased from Lok & Kee Pty Ltd or any other authorised point of sale, or are damaged, defaced in any way. In the event that a duplicate copy of a ticket appears, Lok & Kee Pty Ltd and the venue reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of purchase. Unauthorised duplicate ticket holders will be refused entry to the venue.
• Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a higher price than the price printed on the ticket. If a ticket is sold or used in contravention of this condition, the ticket may be seized or cancelled without refund or exchange and the bearer of the ticket may be denied admission.

Photo-sensitivity Warning: Our shows MAY contain bright, flashing lights and/or imagery that can cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. If you suffer from these conditions, and wish to know more about which shows these effects are used please contact our team. Should you suffer any symptoms during or after a show, we ask that you please seek medical attention immediately and notify a member of our team if we can offer any assistance.

COVID-19

*BY PURCHASING A TICKET AT Lok & Kee Pty Ltd BY PHONE or ONLINE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At the direction of the Queensland Government, from 17th December 2021 only fully vaccinated people will be able to enter Lok & Kee Pty Ltd events until further notice.

1. As per Queensland Government restrictions, all patrons are required to be fully vaccinated to attend Lok & Kee Pty Ltd events. Or hold a medical exemption certificate certified by the appropriate medical authorities.
2. When purchasing tickets, patrons agree to use the Check In Qld App provided upon arrival at the chosen venue and provide your proof of full vaccination, for the Lok & Kee Pty Ltd Show cases to required staff, and or venue management. All ticket holders must be fully vaccinated or be able to provide evidence of medical contraindication by using the Check In Qld app or another measure of record keeping before entering the venue, subject to venue management. Proof of vaccination verifies that a person is fully vaccinated. You must show either a printed or electronic form before entering the business establishment or venue, if you choose to arrive with out the ability to provide either, the venue resides the right to refuse entry with no refund of the ticket sale.
3. It is still currently a requirement to wear a mask whilst entering, moving around, and leaving the venue. It is also a requirement to practice social distancing while at Lok & Kee Pty Ltd and whilst masks aren’t mandatory, whilst seated, eating, or drinking, they are highly recommended. – UPDATE 2 January 2022 (Hospitality venues).
4. Patrons must not attend if they have Covid-19 related symptoms, have been in close contact with a person who is Covid-19 positive, have travelled overseas or to a Covid-19 hotspot in the past 14 days or are Covid-19 positive.
5. Patrons agree to abide by all social distancing and health protocols.
6. Patrons agree to follow the instruction of venue staff at all times.
7. If patrons do not comply with protocols or authorised requests when on the venue premises they may be asked to leave immediately without refund or further recourse.

Disclaimer: Patrons acknowledge that while the venue has taken all reasonable health and safety precautions to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, patrons enter the venue at their own risk without recourse to claim against the venue regarding health outcomes.

There are 3 different types of proof available that you can get for free:

• a COVID-19 digital certificate
• your immunisation history statement (IHS)
• an International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate for overseas travel.

The COVID-19 vaccination certificate can be viewed or printed through:

• Medicare Online via MyGov
• Express Plus Medicare mobile app
• My Health Record

Please seek how to add your proof of vaccination status to the Check in Qld app prior to attending an event at Lok & Kee Pty Ltd or how you may be able to print a valid copy.
